One individual in the state of Texas has been taken into custody following his attack on a former coworker. Here's what is known at the time of writing.

Details Of The Ongoing Investigation

Per The Caller Times, the situation began at 6:03 PM. Police in Corpus Christi were alerted to an incident at the 5700 block of Everhart Road. Law enforcement found a yet to be unidentified victim, aged 35.

The person was quickly transported to a local medical center with wounds categorized as life threatening. Police also began their inquires into how the attack happened. They discovered in the beginning that the victim had been let go from the eatery known as Popeye's.

Victim's Actions After Being Let Go From Their Job

Per the Caller Times, the victim made their way back to the eatery multiple times during the day, several to be exact, and accosted current employees, which also included threats. Workers at Popeye's made attempts to alert law enforcement to the victim's actions, but the victim fled the scene before they could appear.

The victim, appearing again after fleeing earlier in the day, began to attack one ex-coworker in the parking lot. Following another effort to harm another ex-coworker, the ex-coworker attacked the victim by stabbing them.

The individual who harmed the victim, identified as 53-year-old Margarito Cisneros, was taken into custody and faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. At the time of writing, inquires are still ongoing in regards to the case.
