Today only you can get the classic buttermilk pancakes from IHOP for just 58 cents a pop.

It's to celebrate their 61st anniversary, and thankfully they went with 58 cents rather than 61. I just couldn't afford the 3 additional cents for a short stack. It's just out of my budget. Two reasons to go with 58 - 1) IHOP was founded in 1958, and 2) that was the original price back in the day.

The special only runs from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m, so hurry! It probably ends at 7 p.m. because, much like Denny's, they are always running out of stuff. What's the deal with that anyway? Who's hogging all the stuff?
