10-year-old Admits To Shooting To Death Man In Texas

Texas imagine a 10-year-old child coming up to you in saying I’ve killed someone would you believe it? According to the Dallas Morning News, that’s exactly what took place. When the 10-year-old child shot this victim in his sleep, he was only eight years old and the child now has been evaluated at a psychiatric hospital, but cannot be charged with the crime because of his age.

HOW IS A CHILD CAPABLE OF MURDER?
