The weather's only getting warmer and more people are getting vaccinated and heading outdoors after a year of being cooped up. That explains the brilliant craziness that is combing a food truck festival with an adult kickball game!

The City of Copperas Cove Parks & Recreation presents their 4th annual Food Truck Festival on Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 6 pm to 10 pm in City Park, located at 1206 W Avenue B.

This year's festival will be 80's themed with a line-up of various food trucks, kid activities, beer & wine tents, yard games, live music by Dysfunkshun Junkshun, and more.

The Food Truck Festival is open for all ages.

Admission is $5 per carload or $1 per person for walk-ins.

There is also an Adult Kickball Tournament during the festival. If you have a team interested, register here. You can get competitive, or just burn off all those calories you put away during the food truck festival! Either way, it's going to be a great time.

Get your friends and family together and start a team.

Registration ends May 28, so don't wait too long.

There is a $175 registration fee that includes 10 parking passes, $15 pay at the plate, two games guaranteed.

Everyone out there who's interested or just needs more information is encouraged to get in touch with Special Events Coordinator Ashley Wilson at awilson@copperascovetx.gov or (254) 542-2719.

If you want more information about the Adult Kickball Tournament, contact Recreation Specialist Jeremiah Donaldson at jdonaldson@copperascovetx.gov or (254) 542-2719.
