Temple Police identify woman killed in tragic Highway 317 collision
According to KCENT, officers have identified the individual who was killed in a crash on Highway 317 on Monday, January 26. Temple police identified the victim as 62-year-old Cynthia Stanford.Officers stated they were called to the area of Highway 317 and Airport Road around 3:24 p.m. in reference to a crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered a white SUV that had reportedly rolled over.
What Did The Investigations Indicate?
According to police, the investigation indicates the SUV was traveling northbound on Highway 317 when it left the roadway near Airport Road, entered a ditch, and flipped over. Stanford was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
