Central Texas Man Sentenced to 60 Years for Fatal Downtown Waco Shooting

Yesterday, Bralon was sentenced to 60 years in prison. A jury of six women and six men deliberated for 20 minutes before convicting him in connection with the death. Judge Thomas West also imposed a $20,000 fine. The sentence requires him to serve at least 30 years before he can be eligible for parole.

William Hix and Ashlyn McAllen served as prosecutors in the case. In a statement, Hix said they hope that the verdict reached will allow the family and friends of the man who was senselessly killed to begin the next stage of healing.
