The Temple Mall has been the subject of the discussion for multiple years. As time has gone on, many have wondered, if at all, changes will be coming to area. Recently, its been revealed that plans are already in motion for the mall to transform.

How Is It Known That Demolition Might Happen To The Temple Mall Soon?

In a video posted to YouTube, The Shopping Center Channel filmed Andy Weiner, with RockStep Captial, coming to the area and examining the mall itself:

In Weiner's own words, he stated that "Temple Mall is a disaster." Weiner is seen examining many parts of the mall, from the parking lot, to the building itself, and expressing his opinion that a lot of work is needed to be done on the property.

Also seen in the video is Rob Bradenburg, who owns many shops in the mall, discussing with Wiener what he's planning to do.

What Else Needs Fixing With The Temple Mall?

Also in the video, Mike Coontz, also affiliated with RockStep, is shown examined the state of the building. Temple Mall's issues with infrastructure has been well documented, and Coontz made his way to the roof of the building, along with Rob, to see how things were looking.

What Coontz found was a lot of roof damage that needed attention. Coontz was also unsure if the roof would be able to last five years.

At the end of the video, Weiner is shown talking to the camera following a meeting with the Temple City Council, discussing what is being done to make the revitalization of the mall a reality.
