The saga of R. Kelly continues.

The embattled R&B singer was back in court on Wednesday according to The Chicago Sun Times where his lawyers paid $62,000 to Kelly's ex-wife Andrea Kelly to get him caught up on delinquent child support payments which landed him in jail back in March. But Kelly's day in court wasn't done there.

In another courtroom there Wednesday, a default judgment against the singer was vacated in a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims Kelly sexually abused her when she was a teen. - via Chicago Sun Times

According to the report, a Cook County judge reinstated a lawsuit filed by a woman identified as "H.W.," who is one of the four women that Kelly is charged in a criminal case with sexually abusing. She contends she began a sexual relationship with Kelly in 1998, when she was 16.

The judge ordered a default judgment against Kelly after the singer failed to respond to the lawsuit. Kelly's attorneys said the singer never responded to it because he's illiterate and couldn't read the documents when he was served with them.
