Hi-Five Returns With New Song “Sunshine”
In the heyday of the 90's R&B boy band movement, Waco's Hi-5 was one of music's biggest groups. Banging out several top ten hits, including the number one smash "I Like The Way (The Kissing Game)" Hi-5 spent most of the early 1990's as one of R&B's best and brightest groups. After several years of attempted comebacks and several tragedies including the death of lead singer Tony Thompson, and the arrest of one of its members for allegedly murdering his wife, the remaining members have reunited for a new album set to drop next year and they have a new single called "Sunshine".
Hi-Five were known for crafting smooth yet "danceable" R&B jams and this one is no different. This upbeat jam is actually pretty good and maybe we could see a 90's R&B super tour with JODECI, Silk, and Dru Hill since everybody is making a comeback! What's your thoughts on this track?
