Dangerous Trio Throws 6-year-old In A Dryer’s Spin Cycle For Crying In Texas
When I first came across this Texas horror story, I immediately hoped and prayed it was a hoax. Sadly, it turns out to be true. According to law enforcement and local news, three individuals were arrested for allegedly forcing a six-year-old boy into a laundromat dryer and turning it on for 60 seconds. This incident occurred on Monday evening, and although deputies found the child seemingly unharmed, it was evident he was shaken and crying, as reported by the officers on the scene.
HOW DOES AN INCIDENT LIKE THIS HAPPEN?
When police attempted to apprehend one of the suspects, one of the individuals reportedly fled on foot. A woman, later identified as his 19-year-old girlfriend, was also taken into custody. The third suspect, an 18-year-old, was found to have a stolen gun at the time of his arrest.
A NIGHTMARE COMING TRUE
The detectives reviewed surveillance footage that allegedly showed the young lady picking up the child and forcibly placing him in the dryer against his will. The video revealed that the young boy struggled to resist but could not escape. After being shut inside, he was left in the spinning cycle for a minute before being placed in a laundry cart.
All three suspects now face charges of child endangerment and other related offenses. A guardian was called to take custody of the boy, and child protective services were notified. This incident is quite alarming, especially for such a young child. I'm relieved that the situation didn't result in serious harm, as it could have been much worse.
