Belton ISD Teacher Let Go Following Indictment on Child Pornography Charges

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, located in Waco, filed the charges. Following this, Malinda Golden assisted the FBI in conducting a full investigation, which ultimately led to Giustino’s imprisonment.

Belton ISD Teacher's Employment Terminated Amid Child Pornography Case

On August 18, a final decision was made regarding his employment. The Belton Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to terminate his contract. The termination was effective immediately.
