Singer Tank has a new single out called "Can't Let It Show" that we are currently playing on My Kiss 1031.

Now the artist has revealed that he has been going deaf and was recently diagnosed with a very severe case of vertigo.

In Instagram videos posted on Wednesday and Friday, the Maybe I Deserve songwriter addressed his fans' concerns about his health.

Tank, whose real name is Durrell Babbs, remarked in both clips that he would remain optimistic about his situation and focus on his wellbeing for the foreseeable future.

'I’m going through something right now, and I want to use my situation to encourage your situation,' he began in his first video.

After giving fans specific details about his medical condition, the singer admitted that he did not know what caused his symptoms.

'I’m going completely deaf in my right ear, and I’m losing sound in my left, I'm dizzy, and I can't walk a straight line. All of this [came] from out of nowhere, don't know how or why,' he said.

He continued to tell his followers that he was taking his health in stride and kept trying to live his life as fully as possible.

'It still hasn't given me a reason to give up. It still hasn't given me a reason to stop feeling like I can do or be everything that I've set out to be. The goals are still the same,' he said.

In a second video, the R&B artist elaborated on his diagnosis and explained that his medical team had identified a specific condition to focus on.

Our thoughts and prayers with Tank.
