Killeen Mourns: Two Dead in Tragic Domestic Shooting Investigation Underway
The city is in an uproar after reports of a shooting that left two individuals dead, possibly due to domestic violence, over the weekend in Killeen.

Two Found Deceased in Killeen Home; Domestic Motive Suspected
According to KWTX, the incident occurred Saturday afternoon when two people were found unresponsive at a residence in the 5400 block of Williamette Lane at around 2:58 p.m. The victims—a 44-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man—were pronounced dead at the scene. Police say preliminary investigations indicate the incident was domestic-related and appears to be a murder-suicide.
The identities of the deceased have been withheld pending notification of next of kin. The Criminal Investigation Division’s Robbery–Homicide Unit is handling the case, and as of now, no additional information has been released.
