My home state of Louisiana is known for a lot of things: Mardi Gras, Drive Thru Daiquiri shops, the Saints and probably our most important gift to you all in the United States and planet Earth...Popeyes Chicken.

According to NOLA.com, 59 year old Earl Jethroe of Marrero, walked into a Popeyes location to place an order. After receiving his order, Mr. Jethroe, according to his police report, became angry with the condiments provided by employees. Its unknown whether he hadn’t received enough or if he’d requested a different flavor but after a manager refused to accommodate his request he THREW HIS FOOD across the counter, pulled out a GUN and pointed it at the manager.

Thankfully, no one was injured and Jethroe left but he would head over across the street to Churches Chicken where cops would find him yelling at folks there. Police say they noticed a smell of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet and they arrested him for aggravated assault with a firearm and disturbing the peace while drunk.

When day drinking and hunger combine, its an ugly situation but a word of advice to fast food employees, just give up the ketchup okay. If folks are resorting to violence, I don't want to see you get hurt over it. As for the rest of you who think its okay to act a damn fool over not getting your ranch dressing, I hope "law and order" slaps you hard in the face when you're sitting in the pokey and you realize how stupid you are for losing your freedom over something that's technically free.

I can assure you, the jailhouse don't give a damn about your condiment preference. Bless him Bishop!
