Celebrate Christmas on the Chisholm Trail in Belton, Texas This Weekend
The City of Belton, Texas is celebrating their annual Christmas on the Chisholm Trail events. Of course I have the the rundown of fun activities for you right here. There will be more than 100 vendors, food trucks, school choirs, and of course a ton of twinkling lights, a Christmas parade, and Santa Claus.
Friday, Dec. 2
Christmas on the Chisholm Trail movie and tree lighting.
Movie: How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Time: 6 p.m.
Where: Outside Historic Bell County Courthouse, 101 E. Central Ave.
Tree lighting: In front of the courthouse after the movie.
Local stores will be staying open late, and many will be offering special prices and discounts. That's where you will find me, ok? The event is hosted by the City of Belton and the Downtown Belton Business Alliance.
Saturday, Dec. 3
From Noon - 7pm, Christmas on the Chisholm Trail will be a day full of lights, shopping, and fun for the whole family.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the courthouse. There will be vendors downtown, along with food trucks, a kid zone, live holiday music, and a parade at 6pm. The parade will parade travel down Penelope St. from the Nolan Creek Bridge to 2nd Avenue.
