While many were sad to see it go, the conversation has now shifted to what should replace it. The overwhelming request? A CAVA restaurant. CAVA, a Mediterranean fast-casual chain with locations across the country, is known for its fresh, flavorful ingredients and delicious meals. Despite its presence in various U.S. cities, there has yet to be a location in the heart of Central Texas. With Fort Cavazos just minutes away, residents are wondering why neither Killeen nor Harker Heights has been introduced to this culinary gem.
