See Your Favorite Christmas Classics at the Beltonian Theatre in Belton

The Beltonian Theatre will be inviting all Central Texas to come out and see some of your favorite Christmas films the way they were meant to be enjoyed: on the silver screen.

When I spoke with the owner, he explain how excited he was for friends and neighbors across our community to come together and share these beloved movies in their original big-screen glory. I couldn't agree more. While there's something to be said for watching them on TV while you wrap gifts or chop onions, nothing quite matches the feeling of seeing them come to life at a beautiful theater like the Beltonian.

So, What's Showing?

Here are the holiday favorites screening this season at the Beltonian Theatre:

  • Elf (2003) November 14 - November 20
  • Frozen (2013) November 15-November 18
  • How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) November 28-December 4
  • The Nativity Story (2006) December 12th
  • White Christmas (1954) December 13-17
  • The Polar Express (2004) December 18-24

It's About More Than The Movies

What I love about the Beltonian it is it’s a vintage-style movie theater that truly holds onto the nostalgic feeling of going to the picture show when you were a kid.

This is my favorite time of the year ladies and gentlemen, not only do you get family coming together, the Christmas lights, amazing presents, and delicious hot chocolate but there’s Christmas isn’t complete without watching a great Christmas movie.

Snack Attack: You Can Try Buddy the Elf's Spaghetti Breakfast

One of the great things about a locally-owned theater like this is they can craft unique themed events around whatever movie they're showing. In the case of Elf, the folks at the Beltonian will be serving up the ultimate sugar rush: Buddy the Elf's Breakfast Spaghetti.

The Beltonian Theatre Is An Experience Unlike Anything in Central Texas

I went last year with my family and it truly was an experience I got to live out some of my childhood memories with my son for the Christmas season. It’s a fantastic experience that you don’t want to miss out on.

By the way, they have awesome events going on throughout the year, and not just movies. For instance, they've got a live holiday concert coming up with Holly Tucker, a performance from Elvis tribute artist Ken Elliot, and even dueling pianos.

For more information click here to check out the Beltonian's website. You should also follow them on Facebook so you can see announcements for future events.

I wish you and yours happy holidays, and I'll see you at the movies!
