A 13 year old girl was hit by a vehicle outside a Harker Heights elementary school Wednesday morning.

KWTX's Kathleen Serie reports that the girl was struck shortly before 7:30 AM at the intersection of Cowhand and Wagon Wheel Drive near Skipcha Elementary.
