A Woodway man faces two charges of posession of child pornography following an investigation by the Texas Attorney General's Office.

According to our news partner, KWTX, Charles David Baker, 23, came under suspicion after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a tip about an inappropriate image of a child having been sent via email.

A search warrant was put into action for Baker's residence, and child pornography was found on his computer. The authorities also captured other separate digital storage devices, which will also be searched by authorities.

Baker was arrested Thursday by investigators with the Attorney General's Child Exploitation Unit. Records indicated he remained in custody Friday in lieu of bonds totaling $20,000.
