Back in May, ABC Television did a special one night only TV event called "Live In Front Of A Studio Audience: Norman Lear’s All in the Family and The Jeffersons" featuring reboots of classic sitcoms with some of Hollywood's biggest stars reprising the roles of some of TV's favorite sitcom characters.

That show was a massive success as over 20 million people tuned in for the show and it earned 3 Emmy nominations not to mention a classic "live" moment from Jamie Foxx who played George Jefferson.

Well if you loved it like we did here's some great news: ABC is doing it again! According to Deadline, ABC is bringing the show back for 2 more specials slated to air during the holidays this winter and another special in the spring of 2020.

The network hasn’t revealed which classic shows are set for either special, but there are plenty of shows to choose from in Lear’s library including Maude, Good Times and Sanford and Son. - via Deadline

Now we're already hoping that they do choose "Good Times" or "Sanford & Son" or BOTH (that would be awesome). If they do decide to do "Sanford & Son" for example, who would you like to see take on the roles?

I personally think that Tracy Morgan would make a GREAT Fred G. Sanford while Jamie Foxx can return this time to play "Lamont". As for "Good Times" I can see Samuel L. Jackson playing the role of James Evans and maybe Wanda Sykes should get another shot at playing Florida Evans. Either way, we hope its going to amazing!
