
Local Man Charged in Waco After Affidavit Alleges Years-Long Assault
According to KWTX, Waco resident Johnny Maxon Billings has been arrested and is accused of continuously sexually assaulting two young girls over a five-year period, from 2020 until recently this year.

The investigation began with a Child Protective Services (CPS) referral. A detective with the Waco Police Department was assigned to follow up on the possible sexual abuse, according to the document filed. During an interview with the victims, the first victim became distressed and revealed that the sexual assault had occurred for exactly five years. The victim went on to state that Johnny Billings sexually assaulted her multiple times on multiple occasions.
Justice Sought: Alleged 5-Year Sexual Assault Case Filed in Waco Courts
Both victims received a medical wellness exam, where medical professionals confirmed that the medical outcry was consistent with the forensic interview. Johnny Billings has been booked into the McLennan County Jail and is currently being held without bond.
