In 1992 after making smash hits overseas, Mad Cobra took his sound to the U.S. with "Flex" his lead single which quickly shot up to the top of the R&B charts that year with its smooth and sexy hook "FLEXXXX-A, TIME TO HAVE SEXXXX-A".
