When Texas families face hardships—such as children, adults, people with disabilities, and pregnant women—these benefits become essential. They are granted for three months and can be extended if the beneficiary meets certain requirements. The payment date for Texas SNAP benefits is in February and will be distributed to families on the 28th of each month. Payments are based on the last digit of the Eligibility Determination Group (EDG) number during the first 15 days of the month.
