According to The New York Post, a study done by James Cook University in Australia found 3 exercises men can do to improve their performance in the bedroom.

Now these aren't the typical "weightlifting" and PT exercises you're used to doing. These involve working the muscles in your "pelvic" region. Those muscles are called your "pelvic floor" and by making your pelvic floor stronger, you can improve your performance in the bedroom and lower your risk of Erectile Dysfunction.

The problem is, these exercises sound kind of gross when you read them out loud for example:

  • Tighten the muscles of your anus as if you’re trying to stop passing wind then relax, hold them for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds. Try to do this without clenching your buttocks, stomach or thighs
  • Clench the muscles you would use to stop urinating mid-flow, hold them for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds then unclench them.

Yeah, Im sure a lot of you reading this is like "NAH" but according to researchers, these exercises should probably help more than three out of four men improve their performance and reduce their sexual issues.
