A Texas couple is in big trouble after felony charges were filed due to them living with more than 100 living and dead pets in their house, according to CBS News.

Texas Couple Arrested After Police Remove Over 100 Animals Living in Horrible Conditions

Brandy Lynn Bristol and Jeremy James Bristol watched as the Colony police SWAT team arrived at their home last month, discovering an unimaginable number of animals inside. Among the living and dead animals, there were 88 dogs, cats, turtles, mice, snakes, and 22 dead animals found in the home.

Disturbing Rescue: Over 100 Animals Removed from Texas Home, Couple Arrested

Animal control spent hours retrieving all the pets and reported that the animals were living in cages and disgusting conditions. Brandy Lynn Bristol and Jeremy James Bristol were arrested on 12 counts of cruelty to non-livestock animals, a third-degree felony. The police stated that the couple remains in jail, and the seized animals have been placed with other rescue groups.
