Yum! The So Natural Veggie & Art Fest Returns to Killeen, Texas January 15
I was never the child that was left at the table because I didn’t finish my vegetables. As matter of fact, none of my siblings were. I’ve even passed on the love of vegetables to my son. Can you believe it: a child who is obsessed with brussels sprouts, just like his mother when I was younger?
As a kid, I enjoyed my veggies because I genuinely loved the taste of them, plus I remembered my mother saying that I'd grow up big and strong if I ate them. She was not lying.

As I got older, I realized the reason why I love vegetables is still because you grow up to be big and strong by getting the vitamins that you need from vegetables. It's absolutely amazing, when you think about it. Fruits and vegetables are medicine. They have sources of energy that can also help with anxiety and depression. There is a reason why fruits and vegetables are called super foods, because they pretty much give you superpowers.
Health is definitely wealth in my family, and that could be the reason why there are so many vegetarians and vegans in it .
We just truly appreciate the value of a good source of plant-based essentials, so you could see my excitement knowing that the 4th Annual So Natural Veggie & Art Fest is coming back to Killeen January 15. This year's event is going to take place at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center from 11 AM to 6 PM.
If you’ve never been to a Luvina Norwood-Sabree event, you are most definitely in for a treat. Not only do they give away prizes, there are demonstrations, delicious foods, and guest stars like The Voice finalist Jershika Maple!
Even if you’re not vegan or vegetarian, you should still come out and brighten your horizon. When it comes to vegetables and fruits, they can save your life.
