Happy Post-Mother's Day to all the mothers out there!

This past weekend was eventful, this past Saturday was the mothers day soul fest concert at the Harker Heights E-center.

Starring Lavell, the truth band, Ro James and Raheem Devaughn

Shout-out to all our Kiss 103.1 winners that one tickets to the show I hope everyone enjoyed it.

Things are opening back up in Texas specifically Killeen area so we will be announcing events in the future.

Also, this past weekend was the Verzuz battle between Xscape vs. SWV i have not watched it yet but going off comments on my social media about the battle they were not too pleased

I will watch it today and come with my own judgment about it.

Of course, I and the family had things planned for my wife for Mother's day and it is her second year being a mother.

We started our day going to church then to her favorite restaurant in the round rock area called Sushi NiNi then later we stop by a weekly Sunday Funday event.

I was talking to one of my fraternity brothers and he asked from 1 to 10 how was my mental state and how I was feeling emotionally?

I thought about it for a second and automatically answered and said I am at 9 right now. he explained the reason why he asked the questions.

I thought again about the question and really was questioning myself am I really at 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 of how I am feeling.

My motivation to you to be honest with how you feeling and get help if you are depressed or feeling some type of way don't hold it in
