Now, I have never been one to gossip but, word around town is, your taco Tuesday in Killeen Texas will never be the same, once you try this new delicious food truck by the name of El Taco Fool. Owners Morgan Langes and Hakim Smith-Watkins are bringing Central Texas some of the most flavorful delicious tacos you have ever had.

I PITY THE FOOL

I hear El Taco Fool is one of those places that have you eating your food with your eyes close. If you know anything about good food, you know once you close your eyes while eating, that meal will have you having an out-of-body experience, that’s El Taco Fool. El Taco Fool is becoming more famous each day for their Birria tacos, when speaking to people around Central Texas about this delicious establishment, the first thing they say is, that the Birria tacos are so flavorful and each bite is filled with tons of flavor that make you want to go back for more.

EVERY DAY IS TACO TUESDAY

Tacos of course get all the shine when it comes to talking about taco-based establishments, but for me, it was the "mango madness" and the "damn good lemonade" that made me fall straight in love with them. If you haven’t had a chance to try El Taco Fool yet, it definitely needs to be something on your list of to-do‘s, trust me, you will not be disappointed. El Taco Fool might be the new kid on the block, but they are leaving a stamp all over Central Texas, and Morgan Langes and Hakim Smith-Watkins should be very proud! Top 20 Restaurants Central Texans Wish Would Come to Temple

A while back, I asked the good people of Temple if they could picture a good restaurant to fill the lot on North General Bruce Drive where the soon to be torn down Long John Silver's stood.

This was before it was announced that a Dutch Bros. Coffee location would open there (which was one of the places I predicted as a contender in our article).

So now Dutch Bros. is open in that spot, but the responses to my survey were interesting because they paint a picture of just how diverse Temple's population is. People recommended some familiar restaurants with locations in the surrounding area, but also a few I'd never even heard of.
