This increase contributed to a rise in employment numbers, with approximately 194,400 individuals employed, similar to the figures in June. Employment grew by more than 9,000 in June and reached approximately 9,600 in July.

He added, “With more Texans working than ever before, we must ensure that people across our great state have access to the tools and training they need to secure better jobs and bigger paychecks.”
