If you're a concerned citizen of Killeen and want to help the Killeen Police Department address issues in the city, tonight you have an opportunity to let your voice be heard with Police Chief Charles Kimble.

According to KWTX News 10, Chief Kimble will host his first community forum tonight (September 13th) from 6 to 8 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Killeen at 3310 South W.S. Young Dr.

Chief Kimble says that the forum will be an open session where residents can walk around and speak directly to or ask questions of members of the KPD team from different departments like crime analysis, crime prevention, and traffic and patrol.

The second part will feature guest speakers from community partners like LULAC and the NAACP discussing how they can help resolve community issues outside of crime. The city's latest crime stats will be released at this forum as well.
