Residents in the affected area were previously advised to boil all water before consumption due to a potential contamination risk. This precaution remained in place until water sampling results confirmed that the water was safe for use. According to the city, as part of the ongoing Water Rehabilitation Program, private contractors performed work in the area and installed a new water line. This project required a temporary interruption of water services to the listed properties.
