If you have a young person that is preparing for the next phase of their education and may need a helping hand, the good folks with the Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful Commission are offering scholarships to help deserving students.

According to a press release we received from Copperas Cove Public Information Officer Kevin Keller, The Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful (KCCB) Commission are offering two $1,000 scholarships in an effort to assist deserving students with the ever-increasing cost of post-secondary educational expenses. The $1,000 scholarships are to be utilized toward post-secondary tuition/fees, books and related school expenses.

Eligibility criteria and requirements may be found on the application packet which can be downloaded from their Facebook post below:

Completed application packets must be received by April 30, 2020 at 4:00 pm. Packets may either be delivered in person to Roxanne Flores-Achmad at 2605 South FM 116, Copperas Cove, or mailed to: Keep Copperas Cove Beautiful, P.O. Drawer 1449, Copperas Cove, TX 76522.
