His hard work and dedication through the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, better known as ROTC, have truly paid off. ROTC is a program offered at many high schools and colleges that prepares students to become officers in the military. At the same time, they complete their education, and Julian is a shining example of what that commitment can achieve.
