Funeral Arrangements Set for Killeen Pastors

The funerals of three Killeen pastors who passed away Thursday will take place this week.

A viewing will be held for Pastor Steve Timmerman Wednesday at Grace Christian Center Church at 6 p.m. His funeral will be held at the church's main sanctuary at noon on Thursday.

Pastors Jan and terry Whitley will receive services at the Killeen Civic Center Wednesday at 2 p.m.

The three were killed in a rollover accident near Pflugerville on the evening of Oct 10. Timmerman had picked the Whitley’s from Austin after their return from a mission trip. As their vehicle was headed north along State Highway 130, a tire blew out and the vehicle rolled. More than a thousand people attended a memorial service for the pastors on Friday, and Sunday services at Grace Christian Center paid tribute to their lives and mission work.
