Get the kids up bright and early tomorrow, because its a big day!

Teachers and students in Texas are getting ready for STAAR testing this week, and local McDonald's restaurants are offering FREE BREAKFAST to help them start the day off right and concentrate on fundamentals, not food.

The Austin American-Statesman reports that Tuesday, April 10th from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the DINE-IN ONLY offer will give teachers and students in grades 3 through 8 a choice of an Egg White Delight McMuffin sandwich or Fruit and Maple Oatmeal, apple slices, and either 1% low-fat milk or an Honest Kids Apple Juice Box. In order to claim the free breakfast, students must show up with a parent or guardian and show their school ID, and teachers must show a valid school-issued I.D.

At the time of this article, we confirmed that Temple and Copperas Cove McDonald's locations will be participating, along with McDonald's in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Contact your nearest McDonald's for more details.
