Dallas Cowboys & Houston Texans Players Test Positive For COVID-19
On a day where its being reported that high school football players in Central Texas would start holding workouts again under certain guidelines due to COVID-19, The NFL is reporting players from the league's two Texas based teams have tested positive for the coronavirus.
One of the players that have reported as tested positive is Cowboys star Pro Bowl running back Ezekiel Elliott according to the NFL Network. Elliott's agent says that Elliott is "feeling good" while the Cowboys announced that they would not be providing any additional information due to medical privacy laws.
None of the players are believed to have been in their team facilities and the Cowboys and Texans teams followed proper health protocols according to the report.
Elliott and others are not the first to test positive for the coronavirus. Denver Broncos and former Texas A&M standout Von Miller tested positive in April and New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton also tested positive earlier this year. Both have made full recoveries.
