As visitors begin to travel to the great state of Texas, it could all be for nothing. Two months ago, Texans were warned that over 1 million people would come and visit the state to get an opportunity to view the solar eclipse. Texans were warned to pack up plenty of food, Gas for their vehicles, and generators, if possible, and even make sure they have plenty of pet food for their animals.

Of course, Texas is a big state, so maybe not all of Texas will be affected by not being able to see the solar eclipse but according to KHOU 11, the Hill country, Waco, And Dallas area seem to be just fine. Still, you could have problems in other areas of the great state. There’s also a good chance you might not be able to see the eclipse due to cloudy weather and possible storms.

KHOU 11 says the weather could be promising even though thunderstorms could be possible later in the week. But if you’ve lived in Texas as long as I’ve lived in Texas, you know there’s nothing more bipolar than the weather here in the great state. We asked that Texan properly prepare as if visitors were still coming and hopefully, you’ll get to see some parts of the eclipse, we don’t want this to have been a waste of time.
