As Texans prepare for the new year, KXXV reports that Cameron Park Zoo is excited to announce that two orangutans are expecting babies due in January. The zoo shared a statement on social media saying:

“Peekaboo, we see you! Guess who’s expecting? Our beautiful orangutan Mei and proud dad KJ are thrilled to announce that they are expecting a baby this January! To celebrate, we’re throwing a baby shower for Mei on Saturday, December 13, from 10 AM to noon here at Cameron Park Zoo—and you’re invited! Mom and Dad are registered at Target.
