KWTX's Chelsea Edwards reported that a teenager in Killeen is in need of all the prayers and well wishes after being involved in a shooting.

16-year-old Seth Cross is in the hospital after being shot in the head while visiting his friend's house in Killeen.

Cross's grandfather in a phone interview reported that Cross is maintaining, but he's not breathing on his lonesome.

Cross is at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, and his family is on his side hoping he can pull through this terrible predicament.

Cross's grandfather, Keith Miles said, "He's not yet showing signs of recovery as far as brain activity. He's still on the ventilator, in intensive care and we're all praying for a miracle."

Authorities said that the shooting came from beef in the neighborhood, and Seth Cross was hit by gunfire that wasn't actually intended for him.

Miles said that all four suspects involved in the shooting have been arrested, and are all behind bars. A relative set up a GoFundMe page to help with medical bills for Seth Cross at this trying time.
