Action! Grab Your Popcorn for a Free Movie in Harker Heights, Texas
The weather is perfect for a movie outdoors with the family, and you and yours are invited to enjoy a free Movie Under the Stars in Harker Heights, Texas this weekend.
Navy Federal Credit Union and the City of Harker Heights will screen Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon at Harker Heights Community Park on Saturday, October 23.
The park is located at 1501 East FM 2410. The fun begins at 5 PM with free inflatable games, free balloon twisters, music, giveaways, and more.
They’ll have concessions available for purchase, but you’re also more than welcome to bring a picnic basket from home. They just ask that you not bring any alcohol or glass containers. They also ask that you practice social distancing as much as possible to help protect yourself and other families.
Don’t forget to bring blankets and lawn chairs too!
There’s nothing more I love than spending time with my family, savoring every smile and laugh with my son and my husband. The fact that this is an opportunity to do that and it’s free makes me think, “Winner winner chicken dinner!”.
Raya and the Last Dragon should be a good watch. This movie is about a gifted South Asian girl living in a land once inhabited by dragons who sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now that an evil threat to humanity has once again emerged, she must find the last dragon to help her put it to rest for good.
