103-year-old and great great grandma Jennie Stejna beat coronavius and celebrated by popping the top on a cold beer.  A Bud Light, to be exact.

She contracted COVID --19 at her nursing home in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.  She was the first person to get the virus at the home and the first one to beat it.  I guess focusing on getting to taste that cold beer kept her going.

Her granddaughter, Shelley Gunn, said her grandmother battled the virus for 20 days. Her family was hopeful when they first found out she had the virus, but then Jennie took a turn for the worst and they said their goodbyes.

But then Jennie woke up the next day and said, "I’m not sick.” According to The New York Post, "the wheelchair-bound and legally blind grandma was annoyed at the crowd of people in her room."

She tested negative for COVID 19 on May 13.

Glad she's fine and back to drinking her beer!  What Texas beer would you have picked if this happened to you? Let us know in the comments.
