Wendy Williams Files For Divorce From Husband Of 22 Years

It has been a rough couple of months for talk show host Wendy Williams. She's been dealing with substance abuse issues, her battle with Graves Disease and it doesn't help when your husband is making headlines of his own for alleged cheating rumors.

According to Page Six, she's getting out of her marriage and filed for divorce from her husband and manager of 22 years Kevin Hunter. Williams filed the papers citing "irreconcilable differences" and Williams is seeking an “appropriate amount of child support” as well as “other further relief as the Court deems fair and equitable.”

The split comes amid renewed rumors that Hunter has been cheating on Williams, with a woman named Sharina Hudson. It was widely reported that Hudson gave birth to a child suspected to be Hunter’s last month. Williams and Hunter have an 18 year old son of their own.

Rumors of infidelity and physical abuse have swirled around the couple for years so it finally seems like Wendy is taking charge of her life and getting things back on track. Good for her!
