The city of Harker Heights, Texas released a statement saying on Wednesday, February 26, 2005, the water will be cut off for eight hours starting at 9 AM in certain areas of the city.

The contractor will be installing new water valves on the main line. Residences that will be impacted by the shutdown will be anyone who lives in the 1800 block of Emma Naylor through 1813 Emma Naylor.
