Waco, Texas Shooting Victim Has PD Now Searching For Gunman
It is very disturbing to learn a member of the community has been shot, but the anxiety level really goes to a whole other level when you are told the gunman is unknown and at large. That is exactly the scenario Waco, Texas is dealing with after an early morning shooting left a victim in a presently unknown condition.
Early this morning the Waco Police Department responded to a shots fired call in the 1100 block of North 6th Street in the vicinity of Summit at Villages of Waco Apartments near the intersection of North 6th Street and Bosque Blvd. When police arrived, they were able to locate a victim who had been shot, and provided immediate medical attention.
What else is in the area of the early morning Waco, Texas shooting?
Besides the large apartment complex that is located along that area, Dewey Park is directly to the south, and could provide a covered escape by foot. If the suspect fled by an automobile, they could be almost anywhere in the state by now.
