The Best Damn Thing I Ate In Central Texas: Butler’s BBQ

While I was running around the city this weekend I got a phone call from Southern Soul & Blues singer Nellie Tiger Travis who told me that I had to come meet her at one of the CTX's most talked about BBQ spots, Butler's BBQ, which I heard a lot about but never could find time in my hectic schedule to make it over and see for myself.

For starters, when someone as well-traveled at Nellie Tiger Travis invites you over for food, you go! Next, I hopped in the whip and ran over and confirmed that the talk of the city is real, I ordered their BBQ Rib plate, but before I could take a bite, I dropped my plate on the ground and my food spilled all over. But that didn't stop me from devouring their delicious ribs! No sir!
