It's only the beginning folks but as this election cycle gets underway, the best way to get it off your conscience and out of the way is to VOTE EARLY.

Today (Feb. 18) is the first day for early voting in Texas for the March 3 primary which features elections for presidential and statewide offices, several regional and county offices are also on the ballot. In the primaries election, you will be casting your vote for the candidate you want to represent your party in the November general election in several offices including President, Senator and several statewide offices.

Early voting runs through Friday Feb. 28th at several locations across Central Texas. Here's a quick list:

BELL COUNTY: 

Feb. 18-21: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Feb. 22: 7;00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Feb. 23: Noon -5:00 p.m.

Feb. 24-28: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Belton - Bell County Courthouse Annex, 550 E. 2nd Ave

Killeen - Bell County Annex, 304 Priest Drive, Killeen Community Center, 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Blvd.

Temple - Bell County Annex, 205 E. Central Ave

Salado - Salado Church of Christ, 217 N. Stagecoach

Harker Heights - Parks & Recreation Center, 307 Millers Crossing

CORYELL COUNTY: 

Feb. 18: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
