Texas Traffic Sign Pokes Fun at New England Patriots
We got 4 days to the big game and the North Texas Tollway Authority can't seem to help themselves. Check out the digital sign in North Texas giving fans who remember "deflate-gate" a good laugh.
This sign is along the President George Bush Turnpike and was taken on Wednesday morning. It offers drivers a tip if they are in need of roadside of assistance. “Tire flat as a Patriots football dial #999.”
Wednesday afternoon the Rams are supposed to get their turn. The message for the Rams is supposed to read, “A Ram interfere with your car? Dial #999.”
I've had a few conversations with folks about the Patriots vs Rams contest coming up on Sunday and the reaction seems to be "Super Snoor". Most people will watch for a couple of minutes but many think the NFL's best days are behind them. Just ask the Saints. So, for the one-millionth time, we all get to sit and watch Tom Brady...again. No thanks. I will, however, head to a friends place for huge amounts of snacks!
The Rams and Patriots will play Super Bowl LIII this Sunday at 5:30 p.m. CST on CBS.
