Following the announcement, coworkers are wondering what’s next for the affected employees. Nicole Griffin, a team leader at Salad and Go, stated that they were given no prior warning. Griffin also said, “I mean, we are getting compensation, but some people are really shaken up. I personally love this restaurant. It’s definitely somewhere I go regularly, so to see it go is very sad.”

Tattersford added that the company will continue to operate all existing stores in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas, where its concept is already well-established. He explained that concentrating efforts in these areas will enable them to strengthen the brand, invest more in improving quality, drive innovation, and build community.
