This weekend is a big one for IMPAC Outreach, a non-profit organization here in Central Texas that works with teens and young adults through active learning, collaboration, and dedicated mentoring programs.

This Saturday, February 2nd, they have a big lineup of events happening all day long but the main focus is the 2019 African American Arts and History Showcase which runs from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM and the performance of the hit stage play "A Raisin In The Sun" beginning at 6:00 PM at the Killeen Civic And Conference Center.

The AAHS, which is free and open to the public, features live entertainment from local artists and groups, mini-seminars, arts and crafts and more! "A Raisin In The Sun" stage play opens up right after at 6:00 PM and tickets are on sale at Eventbrite and at the door.
