A trio of mid-'90s Prince projects – including his expansive first post-Warner Bros. album and a release that's since been hailed as the costliest cassette in history – are set for vinyl re-issue. Emancipation, Chaos and Disorder and The Versace Experience: Prelude 2 Gold will arrive on Sept. 13.

None has ever appeared in this format before. They will be available individually and in bundled formats featuring both a CD and LP via the Official Prince Store. To celebrate, the Prince Estate has made his Versace Experience club mix of "Pussy Control" available for streaming.

The highly collectible Versace Experience: Prelude 2 Gold was originally issued as a promotional cassette in 1995 during Fashion Week in Paris, and is notable for being the first-ever project credited to Prince's new unpronounceable symbol. Highlights included remixed previews of "Pussy Control" (which became "P. Control" on The Gold Experience), "Gold" and "Eye Hate U," and unreleased selections from the New Power Generation and Madhouse. Order your vinyl copy here.

Released in July 1996, Chaos and Disorder was an underrated compilation that served as the last original material recorded for Warner Bros. after a contentious few years. "Dinner With Delores" became a minor hit single in the U.K. Pre-orders are already underway.

Emancipation followed in November 1996. Featuring exactly three hours of music over a trio of discs, the album celebrated Prince's post-label life with a striking variety of music often set to the themes of marriage, romance and family. Interestingly, there are also four cover songs, including Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me"; the Philly soul classics "Betcha By Golly Wow" and "La, La, La Means I Love You"; and Joan Osborne's more recent hit "One of Us."
